13-May-2009 Arrested

Luton (UK). Wednesday night (13 May 2009): After arriving at the Luton aiport, Fiona Ziola has been arrested by the local police. She has been wanted by the police, after a warrant for arrest had been issued in February, because she had failed to appear in court regarding a deception conviction, dated back to the year 2002, as well as a case involving non-paid council taxes.

Fiona arrived from Prague, after having worked a short while in the Czech Republic (Brno), as team manager at the call-center of a large American company.

The 2002 case was related to “Obtaining services by deception”. She has been convicted, but still had not paid the penalty. More details of the case itself are not available yet. In January 2009 Mrs Ziola was found in Manchester, living under her maidenname Cheyne.

In February Fiona had left the UK already, and only returned yesterday for the first time, where she was awaited by the police, who were expecting her.
