I rented an apartment to Fiona Ziola (the name she was then using), from April 2004 until November 2006. Fiona always had a story as to why the rent was not paid on time or not paid at all:

The bank did a wrong transfer, I am waiting for the money to come back to me.

I am waiting for payment from my Health Insurance.

I have cancer and have to pay medical bill, and will pay you then.

My company did not pay me.

Whilst I was having this experience with her, others were being given I have cancer lie as well.

Fiona will carry on taking advantage of people, and will always make the excuse I am getting help. Any documents Fiona gives you ask for the originals, never believe any e-mails or messages you get from her friends. It is likely that they are made up e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.
